Consultations and project engagements

Consultation requests submitted through our forms, email, phone, or WhatsApp help us understand your needs. Any estimate discussed before a signed agreement is informational only.

For paid projects, scope, fees, payment schedule, timelines, revision rounds, and deliverables are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that engagement.

Hours are typically Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, by appointment
We serve clients in the Kingston service area; travel or remote e-design options may be discussed case by case
Client responsibilities may include timely feedback, access to the property, and accurate measurements or constraints

Fees, deposits, and cancellations

Pricing depends on scope and is confirmed in writing. Deposits, refund rules, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are stated in your proposal or agreement. Website package descriptions, if any, are general marketing and may change.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted in a project agreement:
